NEIU’s Art + Design Department houses traditional arts programs, as well as a robust BFA in graphic design, an art + technology BA, as well as minors in graphic design and interactive design. We have a dedicated maker space with an extensive collection of fabrication equipment. Northeastern is regarded as the one of the most diverse public comprehensive universities in the Midwest. Our department faculty are all working artists, many of whose work engages the connection between art and justice.
