Thermochromic Soft Circuit Workshop Saturday March 18

Hey everyone! Iā€™d like to share the workshop Dylan Fish (Fiber & Material Studies MFA) and I will be presenting during the upcoming Shapiro Center Research Symposium at SAIC as part of our EAGER grant project Fabricating Data.

Since we have been working on weaving a responsive thermochromic electronic textile, the workshop will focus on thermochromism, the ability to change color due to a change in temperature. Participants will learn how to use resistive wire as a heating element in a soft circuit and create a custom thermochromic fabric swatch. No prior experience necessary! Here are the details:
